What is the typical lead time for wallpaper and fabric orders?
As many of our prints are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality and minimize waste, please allow 2-3 weeks for production and delivery. Ready-to-ship accessories usually arrive within 3-5 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, House of Hackney ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Can I order samples before committing to a full roll of wallpaper?
Absolutely. We highly recommend ordering A4 samples of our wallpapers and fabrics to see the true color and texture in your home's unique lighting before placing a final order.
What is your return policy for home furnishings?
We accept returns on unused, standard items within 28 days of delivery. Please note that bespoke items, such as fabric cut to length or made-to-order furniture, cannot be returned unless faulty.
Are your products environmentally friendly?
Sustainability is at our heart. We use FSC-certified paper, PVC-free materials, and eco-friendly inks. We are also a certified B Corp, committed to high social and environmental standards.
How do I calculate how many rolls of wallpaper I need?
You can use the calculator on each product page by entering your wall dimensions. We recommend adding a 10% margin for pattern matching and trimming.
