Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original House of Hackney boxes, ensuring all delicate fabrics and wallpapers are securely protected.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your parcel, removing any old delivery stickers.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 working days.
